SECOORA is in the process of updating our 5 Year Strategic Plan as it expires this year. The Strategic Plan guides SECOORA activities and priorities. The plan will be presented to the membership for voting during our 2021 Annual Meeting (date TBD).
Since the fall, SECOORA has been working with the Board and a Strategic Planning Committee to amend the plan. A part of this effort is prioritizing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (also known as DEI). We need your help.
